Store your precious metals with New Zealand Vault

New Zealand Vault has clients from all over the globe choosing to secure their bullion with us. We provide geographic spread for those wanting to store in a very safe and stable country. Often our clients have growing fears of a financial crisis and government instability at home and see New Zealand as a location that may be less likely to be affected by their home countries economic turmoil. New Zealand Vault is also independent of the banking system and government making it an ideal place to store bullion.

Through our partnership with Asset Strategies International we can offer clients a unique storage solution that provides additional levels of security for your precious metals. Unlike most bullion depositories, New Zealand Vault stores your fully allocated and segregated gold or platinum bullion in a high-grade safe that sits within our bullion depository.

Each clients’ gold or platinum bullion will be packaged into a box, complete with your name, and secured with tamper evident tape. The box will then be deposited into a safe within the bullion depository by us, along with a representative from international accountancy firm Grant Thornton New Zealand, who will act on your behalf. The safe will then be closed. Your silver will be stored in sealed pallets or cages also within the depository.

The bullion depository is fitted with world class systems and security protocols and is only opened when we are depositing or withdrawing bullion at the written request of a client.

New Zealand Vault storage fees are based on a percentage of value of the bullion held and includes insurance and the Grant Thornton New Zealand fees for depositing the bullion into the depository. For more information on the fees please contact your ASI representative or email New Zealand Vault on
